Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments • Availability: Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with each therapist managing their own schedule. • Booking System: Clients can book appointments up to 6 weeks in advance. Payments • Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via all major credit cards and PayPal. Appointment Confirmation • Confirmation and Reminders: Clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking. Automated reminders will be sent 48 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations will be fully charged. • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be at the therapist's discretion and may require a legitimate reason. • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to send their email response on time without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Response Time • Therapist Response: Therapists will respond to emails within 72 hours (excluding weekends). This period allows them to carefully consider your communication. • Client Timing: Clients are required to send their email on the date of their appointment. Communication Clarity • Avoiding Miscommunication: Written communication may lead to misunderstandings. Therapists may ask for clarification to fully understand your concerns. If anything in your therapist's response is unclear, you should ask for clarification. Word Limit • Email Length: Each email should be no longer than 1500 words. Confidentiality and Security • Confidentiality: All email exchanges are confidential, with some exceptions. If your therapist believes there is a risk of harm to you or others, they may break confidentiality and contact emergency services or your GP, preferably with your consent. • Email Security: It is recommended to use an encrypted email server to ensure the security of your communications. Alternatively, you can exchange emails through password-protected documents if you prefer using your own email service. • Public Disclosure: Clients are not permitted to share or publicize the content of email exchanges with third parties. Agreement to Terms • Compliance: By booking, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.
