Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments Appointments are available between Monday and Friday. Appointment times are managed by each therapist. Supervisees can book appointments through our online booking system. Appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance. Appointment Confirmation Supervisees will receive a confirmation email upon booking an appointment. Automated reminders will be sent 48 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this period will be fully charged. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be at the discretion of your therapist if there is a legitimate reason. No-Show Policy Supervisees who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Boundaries During sessions make sure your mobile phone is switched to silent unless stated why you need to leave it on. Make sure you are on time for sessions. Sessions will not be extended if you are late. Payments We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of booking. Technical Requirements A stable internet connection is required for online therapy sessions. Supervisees are responsible for ensuring their connection is adequate. Confidentiality All sessions are conducted via a secure and encrypted platform to ensure confidentiality. We will discuss times when confidentiality may have to be broken for the safety and well-being of clients. Recording: Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent from both the supervisor and the supervisee. Policies and Procedures The supervisee is responsible for making their supervisor aware of any policies and procedures from the organisation they work for. By booking, supervisees agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
