Hi, my name is Sanjit Hussain and I am an accredited therapist and clinical supervisor. I have a deep commitment to supporting practitioners in their personal and professional development. I work in an integrative way, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches within therapy and supervision to tailor to my supervisee’s needs, all while meeting their learning style and way of practising.
I work with trainee and qualified therapists as well as with organisations that require reflective practice supervision. I like to be able to work collaboratively, offering a safe space to explore client material and your reflection while nurturing your growth, development and practice, all while supporting ethical practice.
I graduated in 2009 and have worked in private practice offering my therapeutic and supervision services to organisations, charities, insurance companies, victim support, a local hospital trust, those working with individuals in private practice, students and groups offering my services of a safe space for self-awareness, personal and professional reflection and ethical practice.
I began offering support to those who suffer with chronic illness, disabilities, or long-term health conditions after my own personal battle in 2016. I recognised there was a gap within this area.
One of my main supervision approaches is informed by Hawkins and Shohet’s Seven-Eyed model offering a holistic and reflective experience. The model encourages the exploration of different aspects of the therapeutic process, exploring the client, therapist, wider context and supervisory relationship. To me, it is really important that those I work with build a trusting and collaborative relationship whereby you can bring anything you wish to supervision.

I offer counselling and supervision in English, Punjabi, Mirpuri and Urdu.
